Production and Shipping:
- Typical production time is 3 to 4 weeks (custom printed) and 1 to 2 weeks (blank)
- Rush service is available on most custom printed items for a nominal fee (call for quote)
- Prices may change without notice
- No changes allowed after product production has started
- Cancelled orders will be billed for all work completed
- No returns unless defective and must have prior approval and RMA number
- Orders are shipped via UPS International Air unless specified otherwise at time of order
- All items are packaged in bulk
- Special packaging is available (call for quote)
- Payment is either by major credit card, corporate purchase card, check, or money order (government organizations/schools)
- F.O.B. our factory (China)
- Drop ship service charge: FREE
- Random samples are available upon request
- Returned blank goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Freight and set-up charges are non-refundable

Artwork:
- Artwork proofs are standard with every order!
- No order will proceed until we receive an emailed confirmation
- We can work with any design idea, from the most basic concept all the way to camera ready art
- We will typeset at no additional charge
- We offer unlimited revisions and changes to the artwork proof
- Accepted file formats are .ai, .eps, .tif, .bmp, and .jpeg. Raster images should be at least 300 dpi.
- Absolutely no Setup Fees!
