Ordering badge reels is
quick and easy. We offer four convenient ways to place your order for
blank and custom badge reels:
Shipping Information:
-Blank badge reels ship within 3-5 business days;
custom badge reels
ship within 10-15 business days (pending receipt of artwork).
-Badge reels shipping ground will be delivered by UPS. Next day and 2nd
Day orders are delivered by DHL unless otherwise specified at the time
the order is placed.
-Alternative shippers should be requested at the time the order is
placed.
-Rush service is available for most blank and custom badge reel orders.

Production & Artwork Requirements For Custom
Badge Reels:
-Custom badge reel order production scheduling starts when payment is
received.
-Custom order lead-time will depend on receipt of payment and suitable
artwork.
-Orders cancelled in mid production will be billed for all items
produced.
-Artwork should be sent in one of the following formats (PC or MAC): .jpg, .tiff, .eps,
.ai, .pdf
-Artwork raster files ie .tiff should be saved at a minimum of 300 dpi
at a 3" image size. .jpg files should be saved at the highest resolution
and no less than a 3" image size.
-Artwork proofs are sent prior production at no charge by fax or email.
Production will not begin until we receive a signed faxed or email
approval.
Payment:
-We accept all major credit cards. Net 30 terms are available with an
approved credit application. Please contact a customer service rep for
credit details.
-All custom badge reels must be prepaid by credit card or check unless
approved for net 30 terms.
-When prepaying by check, order production scheduling will start once
your check is received. |
